Dial In Your Exact Sound

At the heart of the AC-3 is a dual-preset architecture. Choose from 16 Source presets that represent different guitar types and body styles, then refine your tone further using 15 Target presets that zero in on specific sonic signatures. Playing a dreadnought modeled after a classic Martin D-18? Select the body style with the Source knob, then nail the character with the Target — it's that precise. A piezo/magnetic pickup selector switch further tailors the pedal's response to your specific pickup system, while a low-noise, high-quality preamp ensures everything stays lush and defined.

More Than a DI Box

The AC-3 packs a 3-band EQ, a single-band compressor, anti-feedback control, adjustable reverb, a boost switch delivering up to 9 dB of gain for solos, and a built-in tuner — plus a second independent reverb within the effects section. Output options are equally flexible: stereo 1/4" jacks (one doubles as a headphone out) or two balanced XLR connections with a pre/post switch for sending dry signal to front-of-house. A USB port enables computer recording and MIDI control. Power via included adapter, two AA batteries, or USB.
