Want to know where your order is? Here's how to track it.

1. Check your email

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes a few additional business days depending on your location and shipping method.

3. Tracking not updating?

Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to appear after a shipping label is created. If it's been longer than that and you still don't see movement, reach out and we'll look into it for you.
